The mud pump can not reach the displacement or can not discharge the flushing fluid at all. The specific causes are as follows:
1. The water filter is above the water surface.
Solution: lower the water filter into the liquid level, and the depth should not be less than 0.5m
2. The water filter is blocked.
Solution: clean the water filter lotus net.
3. Suction pipe joint, hose or absorption pipe is blocked.
Solution: remove the suction pipe and clean it.
Suction pipe is not tight.
Solution: check whether the suction pipe is broken, check the connection and hose and eliminate it.
5. The inlet and outlet valves do not work.
Solution: check whether there is sand stuck ball valve, remove and eliminate
6. The rubber piston is damaged or worn, and the nut is loose.
Solution: replace the new part and press the nut
7. The suction pipe is not full of water
Solution: fill with water
8. The suction height exceeds the allowable value
Solution: reduce the suction height to less than 2.5m.
9. The suction pipe is too long or the diameter is too small.
Solution: the length of suction pipe is not more than 7.5m, and the diameter is greater than 89mm.
10. The belt slips and the stroke is insufficient.
Solution: tighten the belt. The difficulty of pump rotation is shown in the following aspects:
11. The rubber piston ring is too tight.
Solution: relax and try again.
12. The connecting rod bearing is too tight
Solution: check the fit clearance. If the clearance is too small, it can be adjusted by adding gasket.
13. The pull rod and connecting mechanism are inclined.
Solution: adjust the ball joint to eliminate.
There is noise during operation, and the problems are as follows:
1. The connecting rod bearing bush is loose or the clearance is too large.
Solution: remove the gasket and scrape the bearing bush.
2. The tie rod ball joint is too loose
Solution: adjust the tightness.
